 Coralee - Your Virtual Host

In pursue of better health and less pain, Coralee started collecting articles and information on how to  have a quality life with better health.   Carl, her husband and web designer, turned her finding into the web pages you are viewing.

In their “spare time” they are professional tax preparers.  Coralee and her husband, Carl, are founders of the CPA Moms.

What are CPA Moms?

“CPA Moms” is a trade names given to Accounting and Tax Professionals who chose to work in an “relaxed home” environment

Not all are Moms, there are some Dads.  We call them Mr. Tax Moms and CPA Dads.

Being in a “relaxed” environment has many advantages.  Lower overhead, faster response time, more availability, etc.

To be a member of the CPA or Tax Moms, the Tax Professional must ALWAYS be in good standing with their state licensing agency (if there is one), experienced, and must demonstrate  a high level of ethics, professionalism and proficiency.

Tax Net Inc, the parent company, has developed marketing and on line systems to help qualified Tax.

Since the CPA Moms do taxes and accounting of all complexities, there is always a tax professional available for every level of work.   Since each tax professional has a private 800 number, you are just a phone call away, regardless of where you live.

For reliability and dependability of the “Moms” organization click on the Better Business Bureau icon below.

It is common knowledge now that antioxidant health benefits are very powerful when used correctly. You can get them from a wide variety of sources and depending on your budget can range from cheap to quite costly. Cheap being inexpensive food sources and costly being supplements in pill form.

If you want to include better sources of antioxidants in your diet, consider two things. Raw is better than cooked and bright colors in the fruit or vegetable indicate good concentration levels. Of course some foods have higher antioxidant levels than others so find out which ones you like the most and include them as often as you can.

The Super Foods

Make a list of the antioxidant rich foods you are sure you wont get tired of and put them on your grocery list. For instance, blueberries and cranberries are classified as a super food plus they're good tasting, so why not make a daily fruit smoothie with them. Bell peppers are another great source and can be used in a salad or with stir fry for example.

Other great antioxidant sources are the leafy greens orange carrots colored beans purple eggplant white sprouts... there is a color connection there. You don't have to go vegetarian to get the most out of these super foods but they should be included on a regular basis.

Supplement Considerations

There are too many supplements in pill form that are considered antioxidants to list them here, so let me say this. If you decide to use tablets and capsules to increase your antioxidants ask around and get familiar with the most powerful ones. For instance Co-enzyme Q10, Grape Seed extract and AOX are all powerful supplements. They can be expensive so a little study will help justify your costs.

Something to keep in mind is that we consistently produce free radicals as a by-product of life, and because of that we need a continual supply of antioxidants for balance. We don't produce enough antioxidants ourselves, so we need to supplement our natural supply if we are to keep ahead of the free radical effect.

Food For Thought

Let's consider something for a moment. If antioxidants can assist your immune system and help you recover from illness, why not make sure you have enough for prevention? Even better, why not seek out the most potent sources to make sure you keep your antioxidant fuel tank full.

Ideally, foods with the highest potencies should be included every day and other nutritious foods could make up your variety. A simple thing like replacing toxic foods with antioxidant rich foods can do wonderful things for you.

There is always room for improvement in everything we do and health is a good area to study. Good solid facts will help you form a strong opinion, so look something up if you need to know.

Your health is your own responsibility and even a Doctors advice should be weighed before taking action. Fact is; healthy people aren't that way because of good luck, once you hit 30 you have to work at it. As long as you don't have a physical defect or a serious accident hasn't laid you up, you need to consciously work on your health because your body will naturally decay if you do nothing. Physical growth and repair can happen at any age, but it needs constant effort. The antioxidant health benefits you get from good food will certainly help.

Karen discovered good health by accident in the early 80's when she was first introduced to Aloe Vera. Health benefits were apparent right away, and 4 years later the results of a good immune system saved her life. In early 2006 she found that Aloe Vera had a super nutrient called a Xanthone. Imagine her surprise when at the same time, she discovered another Botanical source with 43 Xanthones! Wow... just imagine what 43 Xanthones can do!!
