Since this service is FREE you must honor the following guidelines to have your articles posted FREE.

Must Be An Original Article

If you work for an author as an employee or contractor and are submitting the article, please submit the article as if it was from the original author including his or her e-mail address and name.

If you did hire a ghostwriter to write your articles, you must have an exclusive license that *only* allows your name to be associated with the articles produced for you.

What do you write about

The article must be informative.  You may include tips, strategies, techniques, case studies, analysis, opinions and commentary in your articles.

No press releases, advertisement, sales letters, promotional copy, or blatant and excessive self-promotion or hype will be accepted.  At the end of the article you will be given a resource section to give contact information such as: phone number, address, web site address etc.

Please use proper English, spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization and sentence structure.  While we know there is a variation in what is considered "proper English," we ask that you at least be consistent within your article. Your article must also be proofed and double checked for accuracy.

Articles containing pornography/adult material, hate or violence-oriented, suggest racial intolerance, advocate against any individual, have insulting-obscene-degrading tone, or contain profanity will be rejected.

In addition, articles containing information on: hacking/cracking content, bomb creation, support for terrorism/ radicalism/ religious fanaticism, illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia, or the promotion of alcohol/tobacco-related products or prescription drugs are unacceptable.

MUST NOT contain any content that is a violation of any law, be considered defamatory, libelous, or infringes on the legal rights of others.

No duplication of articles. If the exact same article, as one already submitted, is received, it will be rejected as well as the original article.  A few words changed in the body or title does not make a new article.  Submit your article to one category only. All copies of multiple submissions of the same article will be removed.

Punctuation

One or two spaces after each period, colon, or semi-colon; Periods should be inside of quotes; When doing “..." --, you should use only 3 dots minimum and maximum; When using dashes, use two in a row, ex: "--"; There is never a space before a period or before a comma.

TITLE maximum 150 characters.

§ Submit your TITLE in all caps.   It is ok not to capitalize common words such as "a" - "the" - "to" - "for" etc...unless you want to. We accept these either way.
§ Your TITLE should begin flush to the left of the TITLE submission box.
§ Please do not put quotes around the TITLE.
§ Do not end your TITLE with a period.
§ Refrain from excessive repetitive punctuation in your TITLE. One exclamation "!" or question mark "?" is enough to make a point.
§ We do not allow your author name or any website URL to be in your TITLE.
Please do not submit Microsoft Word smart quotes in your title. This includes quotes, apostrophes, double dashes, and 3 dots in a row. Replace smart quotes with standard quotes, apostrophe's, double dashes, or 3 periods in a row.
We do not allow HTML codes in the articles anywhere.

BODY
of the article

Must be a minimum of 250 words and maximum of 2500 words, which is roughly 15, 000 characters.   Most people wont even scan more than 600 words of text; 250-500 is ideal.

§ Do not repeat your TITLE or author name in the TITLE or the top of the article body.
§ No website URLs (web addresses) are allowed in the body of your article.
§ The RESOURCE BOX at the end of the article is where you get to pitch yourself or/and your website address.
§ We don't accept articles with affiliate links.

Key Word Density

Ninety percent of the time your site will be found through using keywords.  It therefore follows that before you write an article you should give considerable thought to the keywords with which surfers can find your article.

Content is king with clients!  Yes king!  Clients want web sites that are rich in content. Content is words that are embedded in text on your article. Your keyword density ratio is one of the most important ingredients of getting good Search Engine rankings; thus, clients.

.
RESOURCE BOX - the Authors Biography and Contact Information

400 characters or roughly 60 words.  Consist of the authors name: you must include your first and last name as the author of the article.

§ No company names, e-mail addresses, adjective or descriptors are allowed as part of the author name.
§ Copyrights must be at the bottom of your article.   If you include a reprint rights statement in your article, it must be at the bottom of your article.

Warning - It is recommended to include a link to your website but do not including an e-mail to: or e-mail link to your personal or work e-mail account. The Nigerian Scammers and Spammers will abuse it.  It is better to just include a website URL and let potential customers find your e-mail address on your website.

How to Submit Your Article

All articles are to be attached to a e-mail sent to:
articles@cpamoms.com   The attached article must be submitted using a basic text editor like Notepad.  The Notepad editor can be found on your computer under the Accessories under Programs.

By using Notepad, the paragraph breaks, line lengths and other basic formatting will be properly handled by our submission input program.

You may write and edit your article in MS Word, but your MUST copy and paste your article into Notepad for submission.  The reason for this is that MS Word and similar applications use non-ASCII, sometimes invisible, characters that are copied with article content into our submission form, causing articles to appear very differently from the way they were submitted.

Copyright and Violations

Tax Net Inc's., policy prohibits the use of copyrighted material in a manner that violates the copyright owner's rights. In general, this means that authors should only submit their own original written work to which they have natural copyright.

In cases where the copyright is disputed (usually as a result of plagiarism or unauthorized copying), articles will be immediately removed without recourse or discussion, regardless of the arguments presented by the disputing parties.

Authors should also be aware that there is significant personal exposure if they are found to be in violation of copyright laws. Individuals who violate copyright law are legally liable and subject to possible fines.
