Do You Have A Written Business Plan?

Robert Wardrick

Do you have a written business plan?

Are you following your plan?

You are the operation manager of your business, how do you
operate without a plan?

Your business plan is the road map to success, without it
you're on the blind side. Its akin to driving your car down
a dark road with the lights out.

While researching your market niche you will most likely gather
more information than you'll ever use. Your original business
concept will go through several changes before it becomes a reality.
Example; an idea to operate a single online storefront became
what is now know as capcitymall.com, (but thats another story
within itself.)

After researching your market niche and forecasting the
financial needs, the next step is to prepare a detail business
plan (how you plan to reach your goals). Also include strategic
operating alternatives, i.e. your Backup Plans.

When detailing your business plan, WRITE WITH FURY just as
you have envisioned. Afterwards you can revise the plan into
a formal format. Your formal plan will not only serve as your
operation manual, its also important when dealing with vendors.
joint-venture partners, loans insitutions and attracting investors.

Business plans vary from-business-to-business, there is no one
plan fits all. Design your business plan according to your market
niche and goals.

Whether your business plan is 1 page or 50, refine it update it
and use it.
