What are CPA-Tax Moms?

“CPA-Tax Moms” are trade names given to Accounting and Tax Professionals who chose to work in an “relaxed” environment. 

This is a picture of Debbie in her red hat.  She is experienced with tax adoption credit. Two of grand children are adopted.  She is the mother of five growth children.  

Some "Mom" work from home, other work from personal offices.   Debbie use to have an office in W inter, Pa.rk but now she works from a relaxed office in Denver, Colorado. 

Not all are Moms, there are some Dads.  We call them Mr. Tax Moms and CPA Dads. 

Each Mom is independent.  Once you start working with a Mom, you will keep the same “Mom” year after year regardless of where you move or relocate.

Being in a “relaxed” environment has many advantages.  Lower overhead, faster response time, more availability, etc.
 
To be a member of the CPA or Tax Moms, the Tax Professional must ALWAYS be in good standing with their state licensing agency (if there is one), experienced, and must demonstrate  a high level of ethics, professionalism and proficiency.

Wearing red hats and purple dresses is symbolic of this seize the day, devil may care approach to life.   We, are the  Red Hat Society Ladies, are feeling especially frivolous, a feather boa, glitzy jewelry and purple gloves add an extra dash of glamour and fun. We call ourselves a disorganization, and have no rules except the red hat and purple attire is worn to all gatherings like a badge of honor.
