The first time you access a room the following will happen:  When the software starts to download, you will see a screen like this one. It will ask you if you want to run or save the file. Click on RUN or OPEN  Then a small FILE will be downloaded to your computer. A second screen will warn you about security. Click on Run, again  If you have a firewall, will be asked to give permission to have this software access your computer. Click on Allow  Now you are inside our high-tech Audio Video Conversation Web Conference Center. Simply enter your name then click on the “OK” button Any time you need to access your room, repeat this process. Our Web Conferencing software will not reside on your computer.
