| Since this service is FREE you must honor the following guidelines to have your articles posted FREE on the CPA Moms web site.
Must Be An Original Article
If you work for an author as an employee or contractor and are submitting the article, please submit the article as if it was from the original author including his or her e-mail address and name. If you did hire a ghostwriter to write your articles, you must have an exclusive license that *only* allows your name to be associated with the articles produced for you.

§ No duplication of articles. If the exact same article, as one already submitted, is received, it will be rejected as well as the original article. A few words changed in the body or title does not make a new article. Submit your article to one category only. All copies of multiple submissions of the same article will be removed.

All articles are to be attached to a e-mail sent to: articles@cpamoms.com The attached article must be submitted using a basic text editor like Notepad. The Notepad editor can be found on your computer under the Accessories under Programs. By using Notepad, the paragraph breaks, line lengths and other basic formatting will be properly handled by our submission input program. You may write and edit your article in MS Word, but your MUST copy and paste your article into Notepad for submission. The reason for this is that MS Word and similar applications use non-ASCII, sometimes invisible, characters that are copied with article content into our submission form, causing articles to appear very differently from the way they were submitted.
Copyright and Violations
CPA Moms' policy prohibits the use of copyrighted material in a manner that violates the copyright owner's rights. In general, this means that authors should only submit their own original written work to which they have natural copyright.
In cases where the copyright is disputed (usually as a result of plagiarism or unauthorized copying), articles will be immediately removed without recourse or discussion, regardless of the arguments presented by the disputing parties.
Authors should also be aware that there is significant personal exposure if they are found to be in violation of copyright laws. Individuals who violate copyright law are legally liable and subject to possible fines.
